星は4.0をつけてます。
11時頃に予約して来店しました。佐賀市内、個室、小学生2人、お値段などなど考慮して、一番良かったのがこちらのお店でした。予約したのはGWの3日前くらいでしたが、個室があっさりとれました、ラッキーです。
1階はお洒落なカフェ風の店内で、私たちは個室なので2階の、小さめの階段を上がった和室のようなところに案内されました。スタッフさんの休憩室のような場所？13畳ほどの広目の和室に7名余裕で座れました。バタバタ走る子供がいるので広めの個室ありがたかったです。
はじめに、前菜盛り合わせ、イタリアンビール、マルゲリータピザなどランチメニューから色々注文しました。
その後、水牛のモッツァレラチーズ、アンチョビのピザ、ボンゴレパスタ、サラダの盛り合わせ、イタリアンビール追加、ティラミス×4にソフトドリンクやアイスクリームも注文。
夜のメニューもOKとのことで、豚肩ロースの窯焼きも注文しました（パン付き）。肉の焼き方がとても良く、外側はかりっとして中は柔らかくジューシーでした。ピンクペッパーの香りがよく、やや甘みがあって美味しいですね。お肉のつけ添えに、岩塩と黒胡椒、ピンクペッパーがあり、ソースにはチョコレートが少しありました。
水牛のモッツァレラチーズはあっさりして本格的な味ですね。一緒にあるトマトがフルーツのように甘くてびっくりしました。美味しいです。
マルゲリータピザ、アンチョビピザも生地からとても美味しいですが、やはり冷めないうちに食べないといけないですね。熱々をすぐに食べないと後悔します。同じ料理なのに180度違います。
それから、器がどれもお洒落で素敵でした。思わずソフトドリンクのグラスを写真に撮りました。コカコーラの瓶かわいいですね。
スタッフさんも皆様丁寧な接客で親切な方でとても良かったです。12時頃に1階をチラ見したら行列ができていて驚きました。さすが人気店です。GW中に予約がとれて本当にラッキーでした。お陰で素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。
また、いつか来店させたいただきます。ありがとうございました。ピザも美味しかったけれど、ボンゴレパスタも美味しくて、ティラミスはマスカルポーネ多めで濃厚な美味しいケーキでした。どれもこれも美味しかったです。
