佐賀豪雨の時、市民にピザを提供されている店があった。
何かお礼をしたい思いで調べると、、
ナポリ認定のナポリピザのお店。Da Gino さん。
ありがとう。
と言うことで来店。
もちろん、注文はナポリピザだ。
鼻息荒く注文したが、店内は可愛らしい。
南部イタリアや地中海沿いの小さな町マラガなど南欧の定食屋の爽やかさ。
軽い音楽に寛いでいると出てきたマルゲリータ。
芳ばしい、ミミがモチモチ、美味しい。
カニとアスパラガスの香りが良い、やはりモチモチのパスタと共に、
ペロリ。
美味しかったです。
今度はビールや白ワインが飲める時に来たいです。
