I heard that my favorite Fuku Teba opened in Ekimae Yokocho, a shopping restaurant in front of Saga Station, so I went there right away! It's closer to the station than the Saga store I usually go to, so it's very convenient (^^) It's an excellent place when you want to eat a light Fuku Teba before going home. The menu has been expanded, and they also have Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) made with chicken slaughtered that morning! As a liver lover, I was attracted to the "rare grilled liver" and when I tried it, I was impressed by the liver, which was cooked to perfection with a rich sweet sauce (^^) I ate 10 more. After that, other customers ordered it one after another and it sold out. I'll save it for next time (^^) chicken dish were as stable as ever and had an exquisite taste, so I couldn't stop eating them. We easily ate 20 for two people! We also ordered 4 cheese chicken wing Gyoza / Dumpling! This was also delicious! The new and crispy fuku Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) and fuku gyoza were so delicious that I couldn't stop eating them. I didn't make it to the hot pot, but the staff recommended a specialty Ramen that uses the soup stock from the hot pot, so I tried something called "Golden Ramen." It was really amazing. I'm tired of tonkotsu Ramen, so I'm hooked! The soup stock was really delicious, like a final soup!! I definitely recommend the Golden Ramen as a final dish (^^)/
