I visited for lunch on a holiday. It seems that they serve a course lunch for about 1600 yen on weekdays and 2000 to 4000 yen on weekends. I didn't make a reservation, but it was empty that day and there was only one other group. It seems that he is a one-man operation, so I think it depends on how busy he is, but the chef's sense of closeness is amazing. I don't think there are many chefs who talk to you so much lol I'm fine with it, but some people might want to eat quietly, but he is a professional, so he is watching the other person. However, the explanation of the dishes is polite, and even though we spend a long time talking, including chatting, the food is not served at all, and he quickly clears away the empty dishes, so I think he is very efficient and good at getting things done. I ordered the pasta lunch course. It was 2000 yen per person. In the end, I was very satisfied. First of all, the appetizer, three types of salad, and Prosciutto and carpaccio-like dishes were delicious. It seems that they are particular about Saga vegetables, so it's good to consume locally. I forgot to take a photo, but the bread was also very delicious. It was fluffy and salty, so it was delicious even without the bread. It was neither a focaccia nor a hard bread, but a fluffy round bread. For pasta, you could choose between peperoncino, cream sauce, or pomodoro. I chose the cream sauce. The sauce contained mushrooms and minced pork, and was mixed with the pasta. The pasta was boiled quite hard. The sauce had a mild flavor and was satisfying, and the portions were very generous, including the appetizers, so I was full for a full lunch course. I was very happy to be able to relax and enjoy the meal, including coffee.
