休日の昼に訪問しました。
14時過ぎに行きますと外には並んではいませんでしたが、店内はいっぱいでした。
外観はわかりにくいお店ですが、いつもだいたい店前に列が出来てたりするので分かります。
メニューを見て、卓上の付箋に紙で書いて注文するタイプです。
ゴボ天うどん肉トッピングにしました。
ゴボウはかなり薄切りで、出汁に浸っていない部分は、サクサクチップみたいです。
肉の甘辛い味付けが出汁にも溶け込んで大変良い味でした。
うどんはコシは強くないですが、柔らかすぎず、モチモチしたうどんです。
人気が出るのもよく分かるうどん屋さんでした。
