鳥栖に美味しいうどん屋さんがあると聞いて訪問。
お昼時で3組待ち。名前を書いて待ちます。
回転が早く、どんどん案内されます。
待っている間に注文を取られるので、提供時間が早いのがいいですね。お店に入ると元気ないらっしゃいませ〜の声でこちらも元気が出ます。
すどりかま玉うどん単品830円を注文しました。
釜玉うどんの上に、酢と醤油で甘辛く煮た鶏皮がたくさん乗っています。味付けはさっぱりしていますが、鶏皮なのでちょっと重めだと思います。卓上の柚子胡椒で味を変えて楽しみます。
こちらの麺は圧力鍋で茹でてあるので、もっちもちで美味しいです。普通のうどんも期待大ですね。
揚げいなりも美味しそうでした。
