鳥栖市にあるとんかつ専門店。
創業は1972年。
いわゆる「とすかつ」を提供する。
建物に入ると、事務所というか、雑貨店みたいになっていて、少し進むと2Fへ上がる階段があり、そこが実際の店舗となっている。
店舗はそれなりの広さがあり、席数も結構ある。
喫茶店ではない様だが、喫茶店の如くドリンクメニューが充実している。
カツサンドもあり、テイクアウトも可能。
醸熟ソースかつ膳（ひれかつ）は、定食の1種。
ひれかつ、サラダ、ご飯、味噌汁、漬物から成る。
ひれかつは、厚さがあり、しっかりと火が通っているので、硬めなのかなと思いきや、口の中でほぐれていく感じ。食べ易い一方で、肉の旨味を存分に味わえる絶妙なカツ。衣もサクサクに上がっていた。
サラダは山盛りのキャベツ、ポテトサラダ、トマト、そしてパセリ。自家製ドレッシングを掛けていただく。
最後にお茶が提供された。
