佐賀県鳥栖市の「丸真ラーメン」さんです。
建物は外観も内装も、喫茶店を居抜きした感じです。
昼御飯にはかなり遅い時間に寄ってみました。
ラーメン ５００円、頑張っておられます。
スープは、見た目薄そうに見えて、しっかり豚骨出汁が効いた、結構コッテリ（脂も多目）の美味しいスープです。
長浜とか、博多よりのスープの感じかな？(´・ω・`)?
で、麺をすすると・・・。
細麺で、茹で加減も良いのに？スープを持ち上げない。
スープが絡んでこないんです。
ん～と、麺の湯切りが不足なのかな？
麺とスープがうまく馴染んでいない感じ。
それぞれは美味しいのに、惜しいというか、残念。
私、確かこちら３度目で、過去２回より、スープは美味しいのに、もったい無いです。
本来、もっと美味しいはずです。
少し残念なのと、期待とがごちゃ混ぜでお店を後にしました。
