佐賀県鳥栖市「さすらいのカンテキ 鳥栖酒場」さん、行って来ました。d(^-^)

11時半の開店と同時に入店します。

カウンター席とテーブルで成る、小さな焼肉屋さんですが、店内ダクトをはじめ、ピッカピカ。

好感持てるぐらいキレイです。

スタッフは男性が一人、カウンターの端に陣取って目的の「ホルモン丼 780円 限定10食」を注文しました。

メニュー表の裏面には焼肉の定食も数種類、和牛としたら、納得のお値段、すでに再訪決定。

やがてホルモン丼が、ワカメスープを添えて提供されます。

やや小さい丼の表面には、いろんな部位のホルモンの煮込み、白菜キムチ、青ネギは九条ネギらしいです。

食べてみると、見た目脂の多い部位も有るにも関わらず、アッサリまではいかなくとも、しつこさもなく旨味とコクがしっかりした煮込み、葉ネギが良いアクセントになります。

11月に開店したばかりで、こんな苦境に見舞われるとは、気の毒としか言いようがないです。
