I was curious about it because it had an impressive name. It was a restaurant where you could get beautiful meat at a reasonable price. The menu is also extensive. The meat is beautiful and there's not a lot of fat, so it's easy to eat. The sauce is ponzu sauce and Kujo green onions, which is a bit unusual, but I think it's good because it's refreshing. The hormones are clean, plump, and delicious. The seseri is also firm and delicious. I'm also happy that the raw version is only 500 yen. Apparently they also have a rice cracker set, so I'll go for that next time. I found a good store.
