馬トロユッケをいただきました。
丼にも出来るとのことで、どうですか？と聞いてくださいました。
ユッケが非常にきめ細かく(ミンチくらい？)トロッとした脂の甘みと相まってとても美味でした。
ごま油の香りもよく、たしかに丼にしても美味しそう。
白米は程よい固さの炊き加減で、甘みのあるお米でした。
