Tenzan Sake Brewery Event Sake Party
I visited for an event sponsored by Tenzan Sake Brewery. As a concept, it was an event that focused on pairing. If you've been here a few times, it's fun to be guided around events like this (^^) Alcohol is the main thing, but the dishes complement the alcohol even more. Provided by...I have nothing to say, I am surrounded by happiness that cannot be expressed in words. If you have the opportunity to apply for an event, we recommend you do so without hesitation. I have already applied for the second time (^^)
Tempura a la carte is also nice.
Some businesses have started offering à la carte if the seating is convenient, but now you can also enjoy tempura Tempura carte, so you have more options (^^) I like Tempura, but it always makes my stomach feel heavy in the summer. It's easy to get used to it, but it's nice to be able to enjoy a little bit of both Sushi and Tempura! Of course, even though it's an a la carte menu, there are a lot of ingenuity. This time, there were so many things I wanted to eat, including single dishes, Tempura, and Sushi, that I was so hungry (lol) Even a single asparagus was divided into 4 portions, each with a different flavor. This will likely come in handy for the time being...
I've lost count of how many times I've visited, but I've been reading part 2 of the site a lot. The menu is designed in a variety of ways every day, so you won't get bored. The price is high considering the location of Tosu, but I think the price is reasonable considering the atmosphere of the restaurant, the taste of the food, and the customer service. Especially in Tosu, there weren't any good Sushi restaurants, so I'm really grateful to be able to just pop in and grab some food! There are many types of alcohol, so the problem is that I end up drinking too much (^_^;)

Mr. Miyara, who always takes care of me, wanted to have a year-end party as a reward, so I requested a fugu course two weeks ago (^^) Boiled fish with concentrated fugu extract, Tessa, Dobin-mushi, and grilled milt. Fried Sushi, rice porridge, and fillet sake! You'll be happy with a full course filled with Fugu. Even if you don't like tecchiri and just want to eat rice porridge, they will accommodate your unreasonable orders. It's been a great day!
