佐賀県唐津市浜玉町。ここにまさかこのグレードの飲食店が存在するとは。このバイパスは肉好きにはたまらない。
上場亭や鉄板焼きなかむらがあるだけでもすごかったのにこれはやばいと言っておく。
写真はビジネスステーキランチ ヒレが250g鎮座する圧巻の姿である。これで3500円くらい。
ヒレが、250gこれだけでもすごいがその焼き加減たるやまさにプロの仕事。
レアが好きだがこの厚さになると中に熱が通っていない状態でドヤ顔で出してくるところもある。
こちらは火入れ加減から、口に入れた瞬間弾ける肉の旨み。全てを包むやわらかさ。完璧である。
何度も通りながら今更の初訪問。感動をありがとう。
