この日は人生初の佐賀県唐津市遠征へ。
前日に唐津入りし、市内ホテルに宿泊。
翌朝の朝食は、ミシュラン掲載店の『川島豆腐店』さんへ行きたかったのですが、予約争奪戦に敗北しておりました(´；ω；`)ｳｩｩ
そこでチェックアウトの後、徒歩で向かいましたのは９時３０分に開店されるというお店でした。
そのお店はその後に参詣予定の"唐津神社"にもほど近い、『竜虎軒』さんというお店でした。
ドラゴンズとタイガースが合体したような店名のラーメン屋さんなのでした。
その歴史を感じる外観、開店と同時に店内へ。
手指消毒の上、カウンター席にて、この日いただきましたのは、
ラーメン、税込６５０円です。
スープを１口啜りますと、クリーミーで、見た目よりもかなりあっさりとした豚骨の味わいでございました(*^▽^*)
このスープは朝から飲んでも、抵抗なくいただけるという印象でごさいました(･∀･)/ ﾊｰｲ
麺は細麺、固めに茹であげてありました。
具材はチャーシューに青葱といったところでしたか。
極めてシンプルながら、スープが主役と感じたラーメンでございました(*・∀・*)ﾉ
行きたかったお店の予約に失敗したことによる唐津での朝ラーではありましたが、結果オーライでございました(^_-)-☆
