特製ラーメン 750円
唐津駅から唐津城への途中にあるお店、龍虎軒＠唐津（佐賀県唐津市大名小路）。
創業70年の歴史を持つ、久留米の屋台からお店を構えたという久留米ラーメンのお店。
比較的早い時間から営業しており、朝食にも間に合うくらい。この辺りでこの時間から営業していて、どんな人が食べに来るのかな。
お店は、年配の女性が立たれていましたが、女将さんなのかな。
中太麺でメンマが乗ってる、古くからの久留米ラーメンの特徴が残ったスタイル。
スープは、匂いがやや強めながら、味は結構さっぱりめ。たぶん、この辺りで食べられるラーメンの中でもあっさりなんじゃないかな。
卵の使い方がよくわからないけれど、麺と絡めると濃厚でいい。周りを見てみると、みんな使い方が違うなあ。
歴史を感じる１杯でした。ごちそうさま。
