いとしまビール

夜はイタリアン。
ミシュラン1つ星のワイズキッチンさん。渡部の歩き方で拝見して、ずっとうかがいたいと思っていたお店。和多田駅からは歩いて15分くらいかな。店内はカジュアルな雰囲気でいい感じ。
フルパワーのコースで予約しておいた。
まずは初めて飲むいとしまビール、ロココやヒューガルデンが好きなワシにはドンピシャ。
お料理はほとんどが唐津の食材。唐津って牡蠣とか鮎とか結構とれるのね。
メインの佐賀牛、火入れも良く、噛み締めて旨味を感じるマルシン。
飛び抜けてうまいという感じではないんやけど、このお値段で唐津の良い食材を美味しくたくさん味わえるという点では素晴らしく、なによりアットホームな接客が良かった。唐津でおすすめのお店やと思う。
最後は店内から偶然花火も見れた。
