唐津、糸島の素晴らしい食材を季節を通してコース料理で提供してます。 |
ミシュランガイド(福岡･佐賀)の１ツ星です。
予約時に、アラカルトは無く、コース料理のみとのことで
￥8,000のコースにしました。
２皿目の、グリーンアスパラが大きくて甘ぁい。
オリーブオイルのパウダーと、生ハムのパウダーが降ってる。
なんとも云えぬハーモニィ。
そのあとの、蛤の巨大さは想像を絶します。
アンコウのラヴィオリと、アンコウの白子も美味しかった。
牡蠣と伊勢海老。ソースが海老味噌で濃ッ厚ッ♪♪
続きまして、アオナ(クエの小さい魚)のポワレ。
キャベツの甘みを生かしたソースに、にんまり。
食材は、すべての皿に地元のものが使われています。
･･･にしても、どの皿もコッテリで 満腹になってきたょ。
いよいよメインの、鴨。デッカい肉が、どんっ、とな。
中はレアレアで、鴨らしさが香ってwineがススミます。
美味しいのに、残しちゃった。胃袋がフレンチに負けたょ。
１皿づつは、とっても美味しくてウットリするだけに
全体の構成が惜しいと感じる意味で、星数は少なめ。
味だけの評価なら、もっと星数高いのでオススメします。
