My husband's acquaintance, a local resident, told us about this restaurant, and we went there on a Sunday at noon. It was around 1:00 p.m., but we were shown to our seats right away, probably because the restaurant is spacious. All the seats are in private rooms with sliding doors and sliding fusuma doors. You have to take off your shoes to enter the room. Marbled Wagyu Beef Sashimi ¥630 It was supposed to be served with ginger soy sauce, but there is no smell at all even if you eat it as it is. I will never forget the sensation of the fat melting in my mouth. Of course, you can only eat it if it is fresh. It is a must-try dish when you come to the restaurant. Fresh Wagyu Beef Liver Sashimi ¥630 There are two kinds of sauce, but we chose to have it with ginger soy sauce. Even without the ginger, there was no smell or odor at all, and even though I am not a fan of liver sashimi, I was able to eat it easily. I am not a fan of liver sashimi, but even I could eat it in one bite. The kalbi came last, but neither of us realized we had not eaten it...the restaurant staff seemed to have forgotten that we had ordered it. The tataki was served first, but at the beginning of the meal, it seemed as if the tataki had been prepared and just brought out of the refrigerator.
