佐賀出張の際、ランチで利用しました。
厳木バイパス岩屋ICを降りてすぐのところにお店はあります。
お店の前に数台分駐車場はあります。
平日昼11:30頃、待ちなしで入れました。
私が入店したあと、お昼時が近づいてきているからか、どんどんお客さんがやってきました。
注文したのは「文化焼」(380円)。
薄く焼いたお好み焼きの生地の上に焼きそばが乗ったものです。
量も軽いですが、お値段もお手頃なので、軽くおやつ感覚で食べられるというのがいいですね。
午後になると、近所の部活帰りの高校生がやってきたりする光景が思い浮かびます。
きっと厳木町民のソウルフードなんだろうなぁと思われます。（知らんけど）
