以前から何度か食べにきましたが、臨時休業の日に訪れてしまっており、今回初訪問となりました。
お店の前の駐車スペースに車を停めて店内へ。
最初は4名テーブルに座り、途中から鉄板の方へ移動させてもらえました。
目の前で焼いている様子が見られるんです(^^)
『文化焼』と『焼きそば』を注文しました。
キャベツをしっかりと焼いてから麺を炒め、ソースをかけて仕上げます。
待つこと約10分、『焼きそば』が到着。
太麺で、麺がモチモチしています。
美味い(o^^o)
味が濃厚なのは、ラードを使っているからですね(^｡^)
焼きそばを多めに作っていたのは、『文化焼』を作るためでした。
記事の上に焼きそばを載せて、焼き上げます。
焼きそばを食べ終える頃に文化焼が到着！
これまたシンプルですが、めちゃめちゃ旨い(o^o^o)
二つ食べても710円とコスパも最高＼(^^)／
完食いたしました(^-^)v
ごちそうさまでした（^人^）
