佐賀に来て来月で丸5年。
佐賀でも沢山のラーメン食べましたがココが1番好きでした。
唐津市内から少し離れた田んぼの所に幟がないと通り過ぎてしまいそうなラーメン屋。
満席時は店の前にある紙に名前記入して車のナンバーも書く所あるので車でも待てます。
ラーメン、丁寧に豚骨の出汁をとったのが凄く分かる調味料に頼ってないスープ。もう最高♪
そのスープにうまく絡む太麺。
ネギは細かく切った小葱。
全体的に広がるのでアクセントとしての役目バッチリ♪
チャーシューも柔らかく、木耳もコリコリ♪
全ての具材の量も味も最高♪
店内は昭和レトロを感じる良い雰囲気。
ドラマのセットにでもなりそうな昭和感。
カウンター8席ほど。テーブル2人掛けが3席ほど。
座敷は2つぐらいだったかな？
店員さんも皆さん気さくで良い方ばかり♪
提供時間も早く回転率いいのでそこも最高♪
今月末から3月中旬まで従業員不足で休業する貼紙がありました。
兎にも角にもココは個人的に現段階で佐賀県1番だと思います。
