串に刺さった角煮が入って珍しいなと思い、出張先で行きました。
煮玉子ラーメン(バリカタ)＋チャーハンを注文しました。
ラーメンの麺は細麺で自分好み❗️
味は自分の好きなコッテリ系ではないけど美味しかったです✨
途中で海苔の上の辛みそを混ぜてみたら、程よい辛みと旨みがプラスされました✨
煮玉子は良い感じに味が染みてました✨
一番気になってた角煮も味が良く染み、トロトロで美味しかったです❤️
次にチャーハン。
ラーメンより美味いと思いました。
具は肉、高菜、玉子、人参、ネギか？
味付け最高でした❤️
少しおこげも入ってたのが良かったです❤️
