唐津の夜。
一杯やっていい気分。
せっかくなので締めもやっていきましょう。
１軒目を出て、その並びにこちらのお店があります。
夜の街に黄色の暖簾と赤提灯が目立ちます。
あてもないので、こちらに入りました。
店内はまずまずの広さ。
カウンター席とテーブル席があります。
土曜日の22:30過ぎ。先客が一組いるだけですね。
空いているカウンター席に座ります。
メニューはシンプルにラーメン、ぎょうざ、焼きめしとあり、あとはつまみのメニューが
あるようですね。
軽く一杯もよさそうですが、今回は時間もないのでラーメン（600円）を注文です。
麺は固めでお願いしました。
待ち時間はそれほどなく数分で出てきました。
とてもシンプルな見た目の豚骨ラーメン。
さっそくいただきます。
まずはスープをひとすすり。
豚骨はなかなか濃厚です。豚の香りがしっかりしてなかなかいい豚骨スープですね。
麺は細め。しっかりコシは残っています。
具はチャーシュー、もやし、ネギ。
これまたシンプルですね。
途中で紅生姜を投入して味変もできます。
今回は替え玉しませんでしたが、これだけでも十分満足できました。
お店は年配の大将が一人でやっているようでした。
お客さんは常連さんみたいですね。
庶民的な雰囲気でいいお店ですね。
ぎょうざとビールも気になりました。
次来た時には一杯やりたいですね。
