ふじわらで飲んだ帰りの〆に伺う。家系ラーメンで育った身としてはいつも博多で食べる豚骨ラーメンはガツンとしたインパクトに欠けるな・・・と思っていたが、ここのものは野性味あふれるスープでその荒々しさが心地よい。ようやく念願叶う豚骨ラーメンに出会えた気がする。
また、豚骨系を食べた時に感じる化学調味料の後味の悪さもほとんどなくその点も嬉しく感じた。飲んだ後の〆に是非。
