唐津の夜、地元のお魚系居酒屋からスナック風のおでん屋さんを梯子した〆は豚骨ラーメン屋さん。

ノーマルなラーメンをオーダー。
やや小ぶりの丼で着丼したラーメンは、
豚骨のエグ味の一切ないデリシャスで繊細なスープが
最高！少なめの丼なので味変は正直必要ないが、
初訪店なので試しに後半に紅生姜、秘伝の唐辛子タレを少々追加。秘伝の唐辛子のタレは旨い！
唐辛子の旨味あるちょい辛は最高！
