飲んだ後にはついつい〆が恋しくなる。特にお腹が空いている訳ではないが、何故か寄らずにはいられない。酔いで満腹中枢いかれてるから食べれてしまうから怖い。必ず後で後悔する。そして本日も、ラーメンで〆てしまいました。
本来、佐賀ラーメンは久留米ラーメンの流れを汲んでいるが、塩分控えめ、脂控えめのマイルドタイプというイメージ。レビューにもそうあるが、個人的には意外とコッテリ感があるラーメンでした。味は甘めで優しい感じだが、コクがあってなかなか美味い。
麺はバリカタにしたが、柔めで好みではなかったかな。総合的には大満足で再来必須の良いお店でした。
