山田峠・県道320号線を少し登った場所にある風情ある「亜土里絵」さん。
通りがかる度に気になっていた喫茶店ですが、この日は嫁さんと一緒だったので、ランチに伺いました。
かなり迫力のある外観と同様、店内にも木がふんだんに使われていて、カウンターやテーブルにもこだわりを感じます。さらにグリーンのベロア・ソファがとても素敵で落ち着ける空間になってます。
ランチは平日のみの模様。
日替りランチ、ナポリ風スパゲティ、山菜ピラフ、和風ハンバーグランチの4種類。
ボクが注文したのは、「山菜ピラフ（スープ・コーヒー付）」（800円）
峠にある喫茶店にふさわしいメニューでしょう。
基本、高菜ピラフのようですが、よく見るとワラビ等の色々な山菜が混ぜ込んでありました。
スープはシンプルなオニオンスープですが、これもホッとする味。ドライブ疲れの体を癒してくれます。
嫁さんは「ナポリ風スパゲティ（サラダ・コーヒー付）」（750円）にパンを付けると（780円）。
いわゆるナポリタン。喫茶メニューの王道ですね。
サラダは酸味系のドレッシングでナポリタンとよくあってました。
パンはロールパン2つ。30円のサービスでもちゃんと温めてあって、美味しくいただけました。
食後のコーヒーもさすがに専門店だけあってとても美味しかったです。
ちょっと軽くランチするつもりがついつい長居してしまいました。
