本日はこちら。
唐津で昼食を。いつも行く、おおはしさんで唐揚げ定食にしようかなと思いましたが定休日だったので、そこから15分。ちゃんぽんが美味いというこちらのお店へ。
店舗に着くも、車が停めれない。近くをくるっと一周し、ようやく停車。入店。
なかなかの混雑です。カウンターが一席空いてたので着席。
メニューから、ちび辛ちゃんぽんを注文。
宮崎地鶏を取り扱ってるようで、チキン南蛮もオススメのようでした。
ちゃんぽんがメインですが、定食類も多く迷いました。
ちび辛ちゃんぽん
具沢山とは個人的には思いませんが、少なくもないかなと。海が近いですが、海鮮物はタコだけ。キャベツ、もやし、たまねぎ、かまぼこ、豚肉が入っています。
野菜の味付けはシンプルで、特にタマネギが甘くて美味しいです。
スープは塩気のあるスープです。ちび辛には豆板醤のような物が入って辛さを出してあります。
病みつきになるような辛さですね。
美味い！何気に創業50年なだけあります。
お客さんに人気なのもわかりますね。
