唐津で佐賀牛が食べれるということで事前に調べて伺いましたが、
入口がすごく高級なお店に見え入るをためらいました。
入店すると店内はカウンタ７席・座敷４人×３ぐらいでとても落ち着いた雰囲気の店でした。
お肉は、色々頼みましたが上タンの肉厚で提供されているのに簡単に噛み切れてしまう柔らかさや、
赤身と脂のバランスが逆ぐらいの霜降り肉が出されたりと素材もよかったですし、
ハラミが肉と肉の間に切れ目を入れてミルフィーユのようになっており食べると肉の旨みが
一気に口の中に広がりとても美味かったりと、お肉の調理方法にも感動しました。
お値段は高くても2000円以下で大阪で高い焼肉屋に行くより全然安く
お肉の質と調理方法を考えればCPは相当良いと感じでした。
他の方の書き込みを見ると刺身系のお肉も評判が良いのですが、
それが食べれなくなってしまってから来店だったため悔やまれますが、
福岡からも１時間半程度で行けるので、機会があれば是非また行きたいと思いました。
