焼肉ランチコスパ、で考えるとマイコレクションの中では全国でも屈指の強さを誇る上場亭。遅いランチで母と訪問…
うまいランチと母って、テンションが微妙すぎる。
でも大丈夫、上質な佐賀牛を炭火で焼く音が、母のメダパニトークをうまく反位させ、まるでノイズキャンセリング。。
ここは全部個室なんです。だからいい雰囲気の方と来れたら…なんて思いながら。
さて平日限定炭火焼きランチはしっかり強い炭火七輪で頂きます。俺が遠赤外線でチャーシューになりそうなくらいの勢いで、すぐ火が通るけど肉はむしろふんわり。部位はおそらくだけど牛タン、ロース、ハラミ、モツ、鶏モモ、粗挽きウインナー、野菜数種類。サラダ味噌汁ライスがつきます。
いつも混んでるけど、混むには理由がある。今日は運が良かったなあ。
70過ぎの母は絶え間なくしゃべりながら食べる。俺と同じ量食うのかよ…少しはよこせよな…と内心思いながら。俺はじっくり炭火で焼いて頂きました。
