唐津駅から唐津城方面をブラブラしている途中にランチタイムに突入したんで・・・ここいらで・・・と探していたらコチラを見つけました。
「新牛々庵」さん。ボクが気になったのは店名ではなく看板にあった“はしっこステーキ”。なんぞや？？
そのネーミングからして、通常ステーキに使うお肉を取った後の“はしっこ”の部位ってことであってるのかしら？
入って聞いてみましょう～♪
入口を開けると・・・階段。どうやらお店は2階にあるようです。登って行くと「何名様ですか～？」と若い女性スタッフさんが待ち構えていました。
1人だったんでカウンター席にと思ったんですけど、埋まっちゃってて・・・4人掛けのテーブル席に通されました。
メニューを拝見するとランチは5種類。
いろいろ気になりますが・・・やっぱり気になる「はしっこステーキ」を。
85gは800円、大盛り115gは950円、150g特盛りは1,100円です。もちろん特盛り。
セットはサラダ＋スープかみそ汁か選べます。
ほどばく運ばれてきました。鉄板で。
これが“はしっこステーキ”ですか。見た目は薄いサイコロステーキって感じ。さすがに特盛り。幾重にも重なってる。
またニンニクの香りが・・・たまりません！
タレは2種類用意されています。甘口と中辛。
さらに粗塩もあったので、ガリガリして・・・。
まずはお塩でお肉をいただいてみる。
ウマっ！ めちゃ柔らか～なお肉。めちゃ美味しいです。
タレも中辛を試してみました・・・これまた良い感じ。
でも、ボク的にはやっぱり“塩”ですね。
腹ペコだったんで、ガツガツ食べちゃいました。
ライスも美味しくて・・・おかわり1回は無料ということで、お願いしちゃいました。
それでもご飯が足りなくなっちゃうお肉のボリューム。上品なオジサンは大盛りくらいがスマートかと。（笑）
付け合わせのモヤシやコーン、ブロッコリーも、具沢山のコンソメスープも・・・どれも美味しかった。
残念だったのは、ランチタイムど真ん中の訪問だったので、スタッフの方達みんなお忙しそうで・・・はしっこステーキの由来やらなんやら・・・なんも聞けなくて。（汗）
ま、致し方なし。
まぁ、美味しいランチで大満足。
コスパもかなり高いです。
帰宅して、ググってみるとお店のホームページには・・・「はしっこステーキは10年振りに復活した唐津のソウルフード」と書かれていました。そうだったんですね。
復活されたんで屋号にも“新”とあるのでしょう。
なかなか勉強になりました。
お肉だけじゃなく、お米やお野菜、ニンニクまで地元のモノにこだわっていらっしゃるようで。なんで全部美味しかったんですね。納得。
なかなか良いお店を見つけました。
