唐津駅の近くにあって気になったので寄ってみた。
入ると豚骨臭。
ウッ、やってしまったか？と思ったけど期待をして醤油ベースのニラ玉そばを注文した。
700円
ほどなくして到着する。
スープを一口。
なんのチンタンベースかな、うまい。
鶏ガラのような気もするが。
なお、結構しょっぱい。
そして結構課長さんがいると思う。
課長さん使おうが美味しければいい。
大前提だよ。
チャーシューもいい感じにホロッてるし、ニラ玉もなかなかボリュームある。
麺は真っ直ぐなふにゃふにゃ気味の中麺。
スープが強いからこれくらいがいいんだろう。
お値段以上にうまいと思う。
今度は醤油を試してみたい。
