JR伊万里駅から約2.5km離れた場所にあります。私は伊万里駅近くのホテルに滞在していたのですが、自車でレストランに行き、帰りは代行タクシーを1,600円で利用しました。ご参考まで。
お店では妻とカウンターでディナーを頂きました。
オーダーしたのは、
「特選和牛ヒレステーキ@8,690円」。
これにはフィレ(150g), エビ3尾, 牛スープ、パン/ライス、ソフトドリンクが含まれていました。
これに加えて「アワビのステーキ@2,420円」も頂きました。
目の前でまずエビとアワビを焼いて頂きました。アワビはとても立派で、バター味がたまらなく美味しかったです。
そして伊万里牛のフィレを目の前で焼いて頂きました。お約束のファイヤーショーもして頂き、そして実食しました。
フィレといえば比較的脂が少ない印象でしたが、こちらのフィレは比較的脂がしっかりあってサーロインなみにジューシーでした。美味しくて米が進みました。150gはなかなかの量で私の胃は少し重くなりました。
ワインはフランスのグルナッシュ&シラーの赤ワインボトル@約6,000円を頂きました。お肉に合いました。
美味しい伊万里牛をリーズナブル価格で満喫しました。
