伊万里方面に足を延ばしたのでせっかくなので伊万里牛を食べたくてこちらのお店へ…。
入店すると、レジのところに店員さんがいるのに何も声をかけてくるでもなく、なんかやってる。先客が一組座って待っていたので、私も名前を書いて、座って待ちました。
少し待って案内されました。
「ももステーキ290g」単品で4300円（税込）と「アイスコーヒー」400円（税込）をお願いしました。焼き加減はレアでお願いしました。先にアイスコーヒー、ちょっとしてステーキについてくるサラダとステーキソース、ちょっとしてステーキ登場。
カットしてみると、レアでお願いしたけど想像よりも火が入ってるかな。ナイフでカットすると、細いスジがナイフのギザギザしたところにひっかかって、なかなか切るのに苦労します。でも食べると柔らかくスジは一切気にならないくらい。伊万里牛をたっぷり堪能しました。
店員さんにより差がありますが、接客にやや難ありな気がしました。
