訳あってメモリアルシリーズの続きです。
旅館の温泉で汗を流した後に伊万里牛を食べに伺いました。
店内は焼肉というよりもフランス料理を頂くような明るいイメージでした。
ところが、メニューを見てドッキリ！
ステーキはどれも結構良いお値段でした。
急遽、焼肉のメニューを探しました。
上カルビでしょうか。
それとユッケとホルモンの盛合わせとサンチュと生ビールをオーダーしたようです。
カルビは綺麗な刺しが入っていて見ても美味しそうですが、食べても勿論美味しかったという記憶です。
ユッケは写真を見ると結構熟成しているような感じですね。
今となっては日本国内ではこのようなユッケを食べる事ができなくなってしまっていますね。
そしてホルモン。
よく見るととろとろのタンもありますね。
すっかり忘れていましたが、こちらで和牛のタンを食べていたんですね。
生ビールをお代わりして美味しく頂いたことは覚えています。
ご馳走様でした。
次の機会には「伊万里牛のヒレステーキ」でも頂きたいと思っています。
