有田焼の食器で楽しめるランチ。
ありたぶたと言う初めて聞く銘柄豚が気になって。
スーパーなどには卸してこなかったから知られていないようだ。
養豚家さんはパーツ売りやブロック売りをしないセットの直販だけやっている、いい肉だと思っただけにもったいない。
店内はインダストリアル風、カジュアルな柄や色使いの有田焼が不思議なマッチをしている。
ここの有田焼はモダンだけど柄使いや形状で有田焼らしさを残してると感じた。

この中にある、ごどうふが美味しかった。
葛胡麻豆腐っぽい。
佐賀長崎の陶磁器エリアの郷土料理らしい。
ルーツは中国か渡来人かな？
葛胡麻豆腐のようだから、デザートにしても美味しいだろうなと思っていたらメニューにあるようだ。
メインのありたぶたの味噌漬け
柔らかい肉質と言われるが地鶏的筋肉質な印象、ギュムッと詰まってパサパサしていない食感は好みだから気にしない。
味の方は赤みの部分の旨味と白身部分の甘みがすごくいい。
低温調理してみたい豚だ。
デザート
いちごのムース、美味しい。
そして器が素敵だな、これ欲しい。
2200円とランチにしては高いと感じるかも知れないが、中々食べられないであろう食材と趣ある食器でする食事体験としたら決して高いものではない。
