鉄なべひとくち餃子の無尽さんへ。
座敷に落ち着き、看板メニューの餃子と
ドリンクを頼んでメニューを眺める。
石場汁とは何ぞや？
「鶏肉とごぼう等が入ったスープ‥‥」
説明を聞いて注文♪
鶏、ごぼう、豆腐とシンプルな具材。
鶏の出汁がめちゃくちゃ出ていて、
これはうまいっ！(*゜Q゜*)
これにご飯入れたら美味しそう～♪
‥‥あるやん、雑炊。
この分、お腹に余裕残しとかねば！笑
鉄なべで提供の焼き餃子。
ニンニクは控えめだけど、野菜たっぷり
手作りの皮はもちぷるっ☆
いくらでも食べられる‥‥(*´ω｀*)
水餃子を挟んで、焼き餃子おかわり。
今度は片面焼き。カウンターで、
常連さんが注文しているのを聞いて
真似っこしてみた笑
何だかツウっぽい Ψ(￣∇￣)Ψ
両面焼きより、皮のもちっが感じられて
これもまた美味しい(*´ω｀*)
最後に雑炊でしめて、お腹いっぱい！
ここのお店に行くために、
伊万里市でホテル取ったの大正解。
