おばちゃんも優しく、まろやかで、程よく豚骨の臭みがありますがライスに合いました
久留米も佐賀も麺がシコタマウマイ
佐賀は福岡に次いで小麦の生産量が多いらしいです！
やはり佐賀の小麦を使ってるのか否か？
替玉が無いのが佐賀は定番なのか。
連食につき並盛りで充分でした。
玉子入りラーメン700円、大盛り150円。
濃厚で白いスープは豚骨ラーメンの鏡。
お客さんいっぱいで人気なのも頷けます。
市街地から国道34号を少し行った場所にあります。
店の前には広めの駐車場があります。
11時過ぎくらいでしたが、店内はテーブル席、カウンター席、座敷席があり、かなり広いです。
