バーグカレーを注文
熊本で創業した寿屋のレストランの店長を務めていた
現オーナーがファミリーレストランの業態に変更した
佐賀産和牛を使ったハンバーグ
噛み応えのある肉肉しい分厚いハンバーグ
そこに鶏ガラと野菜を沸騰させずに10日間掛けて煮込んだ出汁を使いますカレーを仕上げる
私の取材では牛骨なども使われているような感じがする
マンゴーチャツネが入ってる味がしたのだ伺ってみたら使っているとのこと どこか出汁のベースが中華風であるのかもしれない
何故ならメニューに太平燕（タイピーエン)やちゃんぽんがあるから推測してみた
奇を衒わないオーソドックスな味だが私は好きだ
ごちそうさまでした
アイスコーヒーもいただいた
太平燕は長崎の福建人格編み出したちゃんぽんと同時期に熊本に移住してきた福建人が作り始めためん類で久留米ちゃんぽんと同時期に広まったことは文献にも残っているのです
