嬉野温泉名物 温泉湯どうふ
宗庵よこ長の温泉湯どうふは、湯汁に味が付いておりたれを付けずにそのまま豆腐ごとお召し上がり頂けるのが特徴です。たれは、えびや野菜等を付けてお召し上がり頂けます。豆腐も自家製造しておりこだわりの豆腐を使用しております。 |
遅めのランチで、念の為に電話してみると…夜が貸切で準備中との事…ガッカリ感が伝わったようで、湯どうふ定食だけならOKを…ありがとうございます♡
急いで伺います。お席に着くと、良い感じで出てきました。湯どうふはそのままで、具材はタレでいただくようです。
先ずはお豆腐…とろとろ♡滑らか♡温泉水に昆布・塩・砂糖等で味付けされているので、お出汁ごといただけます。今までで一番美味しい湯どうふです♪どハマりしてしまいました(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)❤️あっという間に完食。
この日のお宿でも湯豆腐が出たのですが、こちらの味が忘れられず、翌日の営業一番に自宅に湯どうふ４丁セットをクール便で…家では豚肉や野菜も入れてみました。やっぱり、現地でいただくのが一番美味しいですね。
