The unique feature of Soan Yokocho's hot spring tofu is that the broth is already flavored, so you can eat the tofu as is without adding any sauce. You can also add shrimp or vegetables to the sauce. |
湯豆腐で全国にその名を響かせる、佐賀の人気店です。出汁で食べる、京都と一味違う湯豆腐は、絶品です。
平日のお昼、11時過ぎの訪問。12時になると、待ち客が現れました。
お茶はセルフサービス。でも、八女のほうじ茶、緑茶があるので、GOOです。

特選は通常と小鉢の数が違い、湯豆腐に入っている魚介の具材も少し、ランクが上って感じ。
でも、ベースの湯豆腐が美味しいから、レギュラーでも十分満足感はあると思います。
湯豆腐を茹でた鍋に、野菜や魚介が入っていて、スープが昆布出汁かと思われます。カツオも使ってるのかな？兎も角、鍋の汁も美味しいので、醤油ベースのつけダレは無くても、全然オッケー牧場。
小鉢のそれぞれ美味しくて、満足満足。
京都くらいでしか食べませんが、こういう出汁を効かせ、具材豊富に作るなら、家でも愉しめそうな気がして、家の料理の発想を拡げてくれる良さもあり、大満足のランチでした。
やはり、料理屋 オンリーワンこそ、有難し。
