嬉野で天ぷら食べるなら、絶対、このお店!
以前、お店の近くに住んでいたのがきっかけで
行きつけのお店になっています。
佐賀めし・ふく田。
カウンターが10席と奥に半個室のテーブル席があり
ゆったりと過ごせるきれいなお店です。
今回はGWの休暇に合わせて来店。
ここのイチオシは天ぷらとたんしゃぶですね♪
地元の食材にこだわった天ぷらは絶品です!
今回は天ぷらをメインにした注文にしました。
まずはビールで乾杯して
牛すじ肉のほろほろ煮をいただきました。
店主自慢の一品で、臭みは全くなく
味付けも最高です。お酒がすすみます。
次に蛇腹胡瓜の浅漬けを注文。
注文を受けてから、店主が見事な包丁さばきで
胡瓜を蛇腹に切り、真空調理してくれます。
胡瓜の歯ごたえが良く、これまたお酒が進んじゃいます。
ここからは天ぷらと日本酒で。
このお店の天ぷらはLiveKitchenStyleで
目の前で揚げてくれた熱々を食べるのが楽しみなのです。
今回はふく田の天ぷら【極】をいただきました。
要予約でややお値段が高いかなと思いましたが
出てくる品の質と量を考えれば
リーズナブルなのではないかなという印象でした。
車海老の頭:サクサクとした食感と海老の香りが最高。
車海老:プリッとしていて美味。【極】は2尾出てきて
1尾はややレアに仕上げてくれ、食感の違いが楽しめました。
舞茸:カラッとした上がり具合で舞茸の風味が良いです。
雲丹の大葉巻:雲丹はレアで仕上がっていて、口の中でとろけます。
何個でも食べたくなる一品。
そら豆:香りがよく、塩でも天つゆでも美味しくいただけます。
ピーマン:地元のものにこだわり、タネまで食べれます。
新鮮だからか、タネまで美味しくてオススメです。
甘鯛:ウロコもカリッと揚がっていて、身はフワッと
皮はサクッとした食感です。酒飲みにはたまりません。
インゲン:下処理が徹底されていて、スジもなく
素材の味が活きています。
ベビーコーン:こちらも佐賀産。甘みがより引き立っています。
【極】は一度、ぜひご賞味あれ!って感じです。
必ず満足できると思います。
他にもあと二品注文しました。
揚げ出し豆腐は甘めの出汁が豆腐とよく合います。
アツアツのうちに食べるのがたまりません。
最後の品は天ぷらとともに必ず私が頼む一品。
華咲き牛たんです。今回は【食べ比べ】を注文。
牛たんのたん中とたん元を同時に食べれる一品で
分厚くカットされた牛たんに切れ込みを入れて
絶妙な焼き加減で焼いてくれます。
文字通り華が咲いたようになった牛たんを
最後に目の前でバーナーで炙って香ばしさを増してくれます、
脂もしつこくなく、天ぷらの後でもペロッと食べれました。
今回も大満足の夜になりました。
日本酒も佐賀のお酒を豊富に取り揃えてあって
店主に聞けば、その料理に合う日本酒を出してくれます。
今回は食べてませんが、もう一つの看板料理の
たんしゃぶもオススメです。
今回はお酒もだいぶん頂いたので
ややお高めな感じになりましたが
Qualityから見れば妥当なお値段だと思います。
また休みができたら、訪ねようと思っています!

I haven't been able to go there much since I left Ureshino, and I think this is my first visit since the store's name changed. First of all, I got the impression that they were very careful about coronavirus countermeasures. I was very impressed that they opened the door every hour to ventilate the room. The menu has also been updated to include only course meals, and it appears that reservations are required. This time, I ordered Kusunoki for the evening part as a regular reward. I enjoyed Small dish of sashimi and guinea-boiled beef tendon, and quenched my thirst with a beer. Two other groups of customers were eating tongue shabu, which can be ordered additionally before Tempura. The instructions on how to eat the food were very detailed. Now, it's finally Tempura you've been waiting for! Shrimp head: This is the standard at this restaurant. It contained rich shrimp miso. I had it with salt. Shrimp: The shrimp is finished while still retaining moisture, so the flesh is soft and can be cut with chopsticks. With salt and tempura sauce. Green peppers: These green peppers are also a classic. Even the seeds will be served. This time, I mixed the tempura sauce tightly. Halfbeak: The flesh was very soft and refreshing. Green beans: This was a dish where you could really taste the natural sweetness of green beans. Pheasant grouper: The texture was fluffy, and I enjoyed the flavor of the pheasant grouper, which was complemented by the salt. Kiss: This is a standard Tempura, but it has a flavor and soft texture that is completely different from what you get at other restaurants! Maitake mushrooms: Fill your mouth with flavor. It has a juicy texture and goes well with tentsuyu. Cuttlefish: The soft texture and sweetness of squid are the best. Broad beans: In order to bring out the flavor of broad beans, they were careful not to overcook them. The aroma spreads throughout your mouth. Black abalone: The abalone I've eaten so far has a crunchy texture and I thought it was delicious, but the abalone I received this time was extremely soft and the best abalone I've ever eaten. Sea urchin on shiso leaves: We put sea urchin on shiso leaves and sprinkle with rock salt. The flavor of the sea urchin fills your mouth, and the refreshing aroma of the shiso leaves is a perfect match. Eggplant: The fresh and flavorful eggplant was amazing. We enjoyed plenty of recommended sake with each meal and had a happy time. The final dish is topped off with tencha made with fried shrimp and scallops. I thought it would be rich, but thanks to the dashi tea, it was very refreshing. It may seem like a lot of praise, but that's how much I love this shop! Thank you for the meal. I'll come back later.
