店内は黒板にランドセル、教室に見立てた半個室があり昔の小学校に見立てた店内。
学年が上がるごとに豪華になるメニューがウリのラーメン屋さんです。
コッテリよりもアッサリしたものがいただきたかったので、3年3組(あっさり旨塩らぅ麺チャーシュー3枚と味玉付き)にしました。
柚子の皮もトッピングしていただきました。
熱々ですっきりしています、そして、柚子の香りも立っています。
麺は細麺ストレートでスープも吸い上げて一体感がありました。
チャーシューは炙られていて香ばしくて脂の旨みが良かったです。
煮卵は黄身が半熟でアッサリスープに浸して旨みたっぷりでいただきました。
今度はコッテリなラーメンを頂こうかなと思います。
