Located at Palace Hotel Omiya. This is a kaiseki restaurant. I felt a little safer as I ate in a private room. I ordered the Tochigi course. Each dish is beautifully presented. Every time a dish is served, they explain it to me, but there were still some things I didn't know what was in it. I feel the lack of my own tongue. We had a great time.
