寒空で一人待ってたらオープン前に案内してくれた店主さん。店主ご夫妻とアルバイトさんが和気あいあいとしてて家庭的な雰囲気も素敵。
ぶっかけうどんスペシャルをお勧めのひやひやで(麺も出汁も冷たい)。伊吹いりこ出汁の風味とまろやかさが美味しくて、コシのあるうどんと玉子、山かけ、ネギ、ゴマ、生姜、かいわれ、天かすが良い仕事してるわ♪
旨いのはうどんだけじゃない。おでんの辛子味噌が絶妙で出汁が染み込んだ大根、玉子と名タッグ♪讃岐おでん恐るべし。
次はかけうどん行くぞ！
