本場讃岐で修行した手打ち「讃岐うどん」をどうぞ！！
本場の讃岐うどんを存分に味わっていただく為に「コシのある麺」「トッピング」「つけだし」に拘りました。きっと違いをご納得して頂けると思います。店内では本場讃岐と同様に「味噌おでん」もご賞味いただけます。 |
讃岐うどんのお店です。最近新しく出来たお店だなぁ〜と気にしていたら知らぬ間に百名店に(・o・)。週末の14時頃訪問。待たずに入店できました(*^^*) 注文はえび天やとろろ玉子の黄身が入った「スペシャル」1,000円、牛すじやたまこ厚揚げ大根の「おでん」250円、数種類の「天ぷら」250円です。事前にゴマとすり鉢をくれました。
うどん麺は太めでしっかり。歯応えがあって食べやすい。麺に存在感があって讃岐うどんを食ってる感あり。好きなうどん。最近行った近くの上福岡の條辺より好きかも(個人的感想)。
なおおでんはやや辛め。味噌が辛いのかな。酒を呑むなら良いのかもだけど。天ぷらは揚げたてだと思う。サクサクだけどやや油残りありかなぁ。
総じて満足のうどんです。ごちそうさまでした(*^^*)
