本場の讃岐うどんを存分に味わっていただく為に「コシのある麺」「トッピング」「つけだし」に拘りました。きっと違いをご納得して頂けると思います。店内では本場讃岐と同様に「味噌おでん」もご賞味いただけます。 |
土曜日、11時すぎに訪問。ちょうど席が空いていたのですぐに着席です。ただ、お店出るときには5人ほど並んでいました。
おろしうどん（ひやひや）770円
本日の天ぷら盛り合わせ 250円
讃岐うどんとのことで、うどん一本一本が長い。こしがありますが、無駄に硬くなく、食べやすく美味しいうどんです。
ぶっかけのつゆは、ほんのりと出汁の風味を感じて、うどんに合います。
天ぷらは一口サイズの小ぶりな盛り合わせですが、備え付けの岩塩で食べると、一つ一つに甘みを感じる事ができます。
温かいうどんの肉うどんも美味しそうですね。
