半年ぶり？な、イタリアン。

今日は大宮でセミナーを開催し、終了後に三時間もかけてご来場頂いたクライアントさんとランチをしました。
普段から一人の場合はイタリアンなどには行きませんが、流石にラーメンやカレーや蕎麦というわけにはいきません。
LUMINEで待ちの無いこちらに、クライアントさんの了解を得てイン。
何でもお好きなものを遠慮なくどうぞとメニュー表をお薦めしましたが、私と同様に普段イタリアンに行かないオジさんは一番、目に留まり下から二番目かプライス的に二千円以内か瞬間的に決めてしまいます。女性だとゆっくり見て決めるんだと思いますが、オジさんは不得意です。
で、今日のランチセットにしました。

・大き目なサラダ…海ぶどうがトッピングされてます。
・生ハムのピザ
・今日のパスタ…ミートソース
・ウーロン茶…追加料金
順番に出てくるので撮影はバラバラになります。
テーブルの調味料はTabascoのような色をした辛味オイルがあり、ピザとパスタはドボドボかけて頂きますが、クライアントさんはかけずに召し上がっていらっしゃいました。多分、私の育ちが貧しかったことと、クライアントさんは良家のご出身だろうことが、コレだけで分かりますね。タダのモノは何でもかけているわけではありませんよ。
お味はというと、pizzaの生ハムトッピングの量は迫力を感じましたが、ミートソースは肉の味を出そうとし過ぎているように思います。
でも、パスタはお店によってラーメンほど差を出し難いでしょうね。

過去に来てるんだ⁈
と、下書きを始めると過去に来てレビューしてることが判明。へ〜⁈って、こんな事たまにありますかね。
朝と昼の間にカフェでモーニングを食べてるのに、直ぐにランチを食べるなんて事は、ここ数年有りませんでしたが、タバコを止めた影響でしょうか、食べるリズムが明らかに変調しています。わかっちゃいるけど止められない。
13:35入店、見渡せる範囲殆どが女性客で、辛うじて一組カップルさんがいらっしゃいましたが、全体的にパラパラで1〜2割の入りよう。
☆ランチA＊本日のパスタとpizza (1,320円)
目の前先客さんはお水があり私には無いので、水は有料なのか尋ねると、慌てて持って来ました。給仕は三人のようですが店内が広いので、何度か呼んで気がつくといった感じです。
水は無料で提供してくれます。
最初にクリスピータイプのマルゲリータ1/4ピースとミニサラダが着皿。このpizzaはチーズがトロトロで美味い！ってか、イタ飯屋さんで不味いpizzaなんか無いですよね。
ところが少し遅れて届いたペペロンチーノは、どうだかな。しかもスープパスタっぽくてアルデンテだからオイルがかなり飛んでしまいました。食べ方下手ですが…。トマトソース系のパスタだったら良かったのかも知れません。欲をかいて二兎を追った結果の失敗例でした。

壁が無い造りなので周りのお店が数軒見えますが、他のお店は外の丸椅子で待ち客数組が待機されています。収容人数のキャパのせいかも知れませんが、向かいのスパゲッティ専門店さんは狭いながら8割くらいの入りよう。スパゲッティだけなら考えものです。
