高井戸にお店があった頃、ほぼ車でしか行けない場所にも関わらず、毎月のように行きましたが、いつも満員でした。明るい店長がいて、確かピザ世界一になったシェフが作り出す料理を満喫した思い出があります。本場のイタリアから持ってきたピザ窯で作られる、無二の薄いピザが絶品で、特にマルガリータとビスマルク（出来上がりに卵を落とし、半熟状態を崩して広げて食べる）を必ず頼んでいました。
先日、大宮に行った時、行きましたが、変わらぬ味に感激！！
最近はコロナで食べに行けないのですが、冷凍ピザなど通販で売って欲しいです。
