大宮に行く用事があったので周辺を検索した結果、
ウイグル料理の店を発見！
しかも、食べログ百名店にも選出されている！
という訳で大宮から足を延ばして行ってみました。
大宮駅から埼京線で南与野駅へ。
そこからバスに乗って、と思ったら
バス停が無い！駅前なのになぜ？？
仕方がないので徒歩でしばらく進み、
その途中に次のバス停を発見してなんとか到着。
といった感じで交通の便が地味に不便。。
こちらのスタンダード＆イチオシと思われる
ムラトラグメン 1,200円（税込）
ウイグル麺（平麺）300円（税込）
を注文してみました。
それと、ソフトドリンクから
ゴルドジュース 300円（税込）
ラインナップの中では一番甘く無い
との説明でしたが、しっかり甘かった（＾＾；
何かの健康茶で味わった事があるような
独特な甘味がありました。
それから10分ほどで料理が登場。
「ムラトラグメン」とは
「上質のラム肉と野菜の炒め物で、
ウイグルでは大変人気のある定番メニュー」との説明。
実際に食べてみると。。。
日本の一般的な食堂の「肉野菜炒め」
ほぼそのままの味付け、といった感じ（笑）
ただ、肉がラムなので、
そのラム独特の味わいが随所に感じられる。
平たくて厚みも結構ある自家製手延ウイグル麺は、
味自体は普通に小麦の麺でしたが、
力強い食感がウイグル料理を感じさせてくれました。
